Who We Serve

Single Adults & Individuals of All Backgrounds

If you are an adult experiencing homelessness β€” or at serious risk of losing your housing within the next two weeks β€” the NRV Housing Partnership's Coordinated Entry system is your starting point. Our intake specialists will listen, assess your situation, and connect you to the right programs without judgment.

You do not need to be living on the street to qualify. If you are staying in a shelter, couch-surfing, sleeping in your car, or about to lose your housing, Coordinated Entry can connect you with prevention help, emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, or longer-term options based on your needs.
