Who We Serve
Single Adults & Individuals of All Backgrounds
If you are an adult experiencing homelessness — or at serious risk of losing your housing within the next two weeks — the NRV Housing Partnership's Coordinated Entry system is your starting point. Our intake specialists will listen, assess your situation, and connect you to the right programs without judgment.
You do not need to be living on the street to qualify. If you are staying in a shelter, couch-surfing, sleeping in your car, or about to lose your housing, Coordinated Entry can connect you with prevention help, emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, or longer-term options based on your needs.

Complete an Assessment
A brief standardized assessment (VI-SPDAT) helps determine your level of need and which programs are the best fit.
Get Connected
You'll be matched to a shelter, housing program, or support service and connected with a case manager to help you move forward.

Immediate safe housing while longer-term solutions are arranged.
Rapid Rehousing
Short-term rental assistance and support to move quickly into stable housing.

Emergency Housing Vouchers for eligible individuals facing long-term homelessness.
Case Management
Ongoing support from a dedicated case manager to help navigate housing, benefits, and services.
Employment Connections
Referrals to workforce programs and employment support services in the NRV.

Connections to mental health, substance use, and primary care resources in the region.
