A Coalition Built to End Homelessness
The New River Valley Housing Partnership coordinates housing and homeless services across four counties and the City of Radford as part of Virginia's Balance of State Continuum of Care (VA-521 BoS CoC).

Purpose
The Balance of State Local Planning Group (Planning District 4)the New River Valley Housing Partnership – was founded in 1997. One of the primary purposes of this Partnership is to ensure that all regional housing providers are working in collaboration with one another. This is accomplished by holding a monthly interagency meeting. The Partnership requires 75 percent participation to earn Active Member status.
